The Sweetest Arizona Baby Shower for Baby Becks

Considering our oldest, Becks, is going to be 2 later this month...I figured it was about time I share my baby shower that was thrown for he & I.  This is a day I will remember forever.  Honestly, I really hated being pregnant- it just wasn't my jam.  I had a very healthy, normal pregnancy...for which I am SO thankful for. It just wasn't for me.  BUT, while pregnant, I was beyond excited to have a baby shower. These days, baby showers are like weddings.  HA!  A large production (usually with a theme), lots of vendors involved, a large guest list, and gifts.  See, a wedding!  All jokes aside, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect shower.  When coming up for the theme/design, it was important for me to celebrate the fact that I was having a little boy, while recognizing my love for all things girly.  We decided to use the theme and color scheme from his nursery so we could incorporate some of the decor into both.  His room is a mix of mint, navy, and grey.  In order to make the shower a little more girly, we added in a deep magenta color, as well as a little glitter.  ;) As for the theme, it was kind of an "outdoor adventure"...if you will.  Enjoy these GORGEOUS photos by Katelyn Cantu Photography.

The shower was held on the gorgeous Tremaine Ranch property.  Leah & Matt were nice enough to let us use their space and man, we are so glad they did.  The outdoor setup was perfect for November in Arizona.  The weather couldn't have been ANY better.

Not only did Tremaine allow us to use their space, they also provided all of the tables, chairs, linens, wine barrels, and that super cozy couch where I got to open all of my gifts!  Leah was such a rockstar on the day of the shower and was kind enough to help my family set everything up.  There's really no one better than her.

Speaking of rockstars, Lindsay, with Fancy Lou, offered her talents to help with our design.  She provided the cute welcome table, chalkboard sign, dessert setup, goblets, flatware, glitter dipped feathers (my fav part), candles, vases...so much goodness.  She was so kind and so willing to go out of her way in order to help make my shower perfect.  I will forever be grateful for her.  She left no detail untouched.

This kid has been so well dressed since before he was even born.  I always joke that he's the best dressed person in our house...but it's really true.  He's such a stud.

Ok, let's take a moment to just chat about this dessert setup.  Andrea at aBakeshop blew my pregnant lady mind with this spread.  We had s'more macarons WITH GLITTER, red velvet whoopie pies, and the most delicious pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese filling.  All the food at my shower was perfect, but these desserts were LEGIT.  (I was pretty stoked that I got to take all the leftovers home....pretty sure I sat around and stuffed my face for a couple of days after the shower.) . Page & Mason made me the custom cake topper you see in the cake photo.  It's now framed in Becks' room with a couple other items from the shower and hangs on his wall as decor.  I love the memories I have from this day.

Shoutout to all of my moms for making this shower possible.  Thank you for loving me and for loving Becks (& Berkley) before they were even born.  They are so lucky to have so many grandparents and I'm so lucky to have so many moms.  XOXO

Thank you again to the amazing team of vendors who helped make this baby shower as stunning as it was.  You all were SO kind and generous with your talents and your time and I'll never be able to thank you enough.  And even though it's been 2 years (ha!)...thank you to all of my friends and family that came to help celebrate our baby boy's arrival.  Love you all!
