Romantic Downtown Dallas Spring Wedding: Kaylee & Aaron
Kaylee & Aaron were married on a gorgeous spring day in Dallas, Texas. They chose to get married in downtown Dallas, near the Art's District, at the Magnolia Hotel. Surrounded by buildings of every shape, size, and color, these two were married in front of 130 of their closest friends and family. Kaylee & Aaron are the nicest people in the world (almost TOO nice if you ask me), and Kaylee just happens to be my youngest sister (still not sure how we came from the same parents, ha). So, as you can imagine, it was an extra special day for all of us. Tyler & I had many roles at this wedding. Not only were we the planners/coordinators; we were also the Matron of Honor, Officiant, Parent's to the 3 month old Ring Bearer, and out-of-town guests. Needless to say, it was a busy day for Konsider It Done....but we did it! This wedding turned out amazing and we were so happy to be working alongside a couple of our favorite AZ vendors who traveled all the way to Dallas for this wedding- Stephanie Fay Photography & MGN Cinematography.
Kaylee sort of knew how she wanted her big day to look like, but wasn't really sure how to make that happen. We ended up using soft spring pastels as the color pallet to really give the day a very romantic feel. Angie over at Posh Floral did her part in making the day as romantic as possible by adding the most beautiful floral arrangements and lots and lots and LOTS of candles. Kaylee & Aaron opted to not do a first look, which made their walk down the aisle, that much more emotional. Kaylee's bridal look was effortless and timeless...like out of a fairy tail. The guys looked handsome as ever in grey. Tyler did an incredible job during the ceremony and there wasn't a dry eye in the place! These 2 and their friends like to dance and have a good time so the reception was one we will never forget- plus, there's photo and video to prove it! ;) I also might have given one of the best MOH speeches (with my other sister, Courtney) that had the entire room roaring with laughter. Their Tex-Mex menu included so many delicious options for dinner and was followed up with churros and sopapillas for dessert. Isn't it the best when wedding food is LEGIT!?!?!? We sure think so.
Thank you K & A for allowing us to be part of your special day. Planning long distance wasn't an issue and we loved getting to be a part of your beautiful Dallas wedding. Here's to a lifetime of happiness and your happily ever after. We love you guys!! XO
