This wedding was a special one.

During our time in Utah, we didn’t really invest time into making new friends while there because we knew we wouldn’t be there long term and we also didn’t really have much free time due to having two littles at home (when we arrived in UT, they were 5 months and 1 year old). We also opted to keep the majority of our business in Arizona, with a few destination weddings sprinkled in here and there. Since we were still doing wedding planning, we did make an effort to attend a few different networking events while in Utah. I saw some familiar faces at some of those events and met a few new faces at others. Eventually, I was led to Michael Cozzens Photography. Michael might be one of the most special people I have ever met. I was instantly sucked into his infectious, majestic personality.

During Michael’s life, his parents were married, separated/divorced, and then as fate would have it, brought back together. In the summer of 2020, they decided to get re-married in Park City at The Church of Dirt with only their children, grandchildren, and family therapist (as the officiant) in attendance. Since Michael is in the wedding industry, he was able to throw together this intimate celebration in about 6 weeks with the help of a few of his favorite vendors/friends. He curated the event and brought us on a couple weeks prior to help build out the timeline and ensure all details and logistics were accounted for. We were so honored to be a part of this incredible day for both Wendy & Spencer. We are so happy they found their way back to each other and this day was the perfect start of their new beginning. The amount of love this family showers on each other is something you don’t witness every day…it is truly magical.
